Use it when you feel the first symptoms of a cold to help you reduce the risk of catching a cold just as you can use it when you are exposed to cold viruses.

How to use:

This device is intended for use by persons aged 12 years and over, when the first symptoms of a cold appear.
Spray 2-3 sprays into the nostril up to 4 times a day. Wait 4 hours between doses, but do not exceed 4 sprays.
