How to use:
For use in aromatherapy For other uses, dilute in a dilute oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil before use.
In the bath: Put 4-5 drops in a warm bath.
At home and when sleeping: Put 30 drops of oil in a container of water (30 ml) and sprinkle the water around the room.
When sleeping: Place 10 drops inside the diffuser (and the oil is evaporated by the heat of the candle) to give you a peaceful and romantic night.
